5. Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Processing Time – Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery Estimates – Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Please ensure your address details are accurate to avoid delays.
- Additional Charges – If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery. DurianBB’s responsibility is limited once the order has been dispatched.
6. Amending Your Order
To make changes to an order, please contact us via WhatsApp at +6011-1068 0419 within 2 hours of placing your order.
Amendments requested beyond this timeframe may not be possible.
7. Return and Refund Policy (Perishable Goods Notice)
DurianBB’s products include fresh and perishable items such as durians, which cannot be returned or refunded due to their natural and consumable nature.
We do not accept refund or exchange requests based on taste, texture, or personal preference.
Refunds or replacements are only considered in the following cases:
- Incorrect product delivered;
- Product severely damaged or spoiled during transit;
- Packaging defect causing product contamination.
Customers must inspect their orders immediately upon delivery and report any issues via WhatsApp at +6011-1068 0419 immediately.
All refund or replacement requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Once delivery is accepted, DurianBB will not entertain further claims.
